UK Delivery Information
Delivery takes approximately 3-7 working days, or 2-3 working days if based in South Yorkshire. Costs are calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order (maximum charge is £50).

Terms and Conditions
It is assumed that the delivery address will be easily accessible for any large vehicle. Please be aware most of our shipments will be on a pallet and this will be left with you at the point of delivery. If access is likely to be a problem please inform us at the time of order to discuss alternative options.
Please check all goods on delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any losses after this. Please contact us if any of your products do arrive damaged and we will make the necessary arrangements to replace these.
If your order arrives as arranged but we're unable to deliver because there's nobody home, the goods are refused, there's inadequate help available, or the order is changed/cancelled within 48 hours of your delivery, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries will be calculated depending on the size of your order.
If, despite our efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and can not be held responsible for any losses.
We pride ourselves in having a very low returns rate and hope you are happy with your products, however if you do need to return the goods you have ordered for any reason, please remember, in all situations where there is no manufacturing fault, you are responsible for returning the goods to us, at your expense, in complete, unused, and in "as new" condition and within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return any items.
In the event of a manufacturing fault which is noticed on delivery of the goods, please contact us immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
